Birch Plywood
Our pattern grade Birch plywood is made using a Birch veneer face and a Fir core with exterior grade glue. A-B grade is good both sides. Shop grade is an A-B grade panels with defects that remains at least 85% usable.

Grades available: A-B, Shop

Sizes: 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2” in 48-1/2” x 96-1/2” sheets

Pine Plywood
Our pattern grade Pine plywood is made using a thick Pine veneer face and core with an exterior grade glue. The 1-3/4” panel is made slightly thick to allow room for milling to meet tolerance demands. It is also cut on a CNC mill to insure that the panel is parallel on all sides. A-C grade is good 1 side the back side is useable for some applications. A-A grade has a top quality face and back. 

Grades available: A-C

Sizes: 3/8”, 23/32”, 31/32” x 4’ x 8’, and 1-3/4” A-A grade 47-1/2” x 95-1/2”

Our pattern grade Fir plywood is made using a thick Fir veneer face and core with an exterior grade glue. C-CPTS grade plywood has both plug and synthetic repairs on both the face and back. This material is suitable for applications where face quality and tolerance are concern.

Grades available: C-CPTS

Sizes: 1-1/4” and 1-1/2” in 4’ x 8’ sheets

Baltic Birch Plywood
Our Baltic Birch plywood is made using a Birch veneer face and core with an exterior grade glue. BB-BB grade may have repairs on the face and back veneer. Both sides are useable for non-appearance grade applications. This material is Metric sized.

Grades available: BB-BB

Sizes: 1/4” (6mm), 3/8”(9mm), 1/2”( 12mm), 5/8”(16mm), 3/4”(18mm), 1”(24mm) x 4’ x 8’ Sheets

Thin Birch Plywood
Our Thin Baltic Birch plywood is made using a Birch veneer face and core with an exterior grade glue with a minimum of 3 plies. This material is Metric sized.

Sizes: 1/64” (0.4mm), 1/32”(0.8mm), 3/64”( 1mm), 1/16”(1.5mm), 5/64”(2mm), 3/32”(2.5mm), 1/8” (3mm), 5/32””(4mm), 3/16”(5mm) in 48” x 48” or 50” x 50”

Tempered Hardboard
Our Hardboard is tempered on both sides.

Sizes: 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4” in 4’ x 8’ sheets

Layout Board
Our Layout board is Hardboard tempered 2 sides and painted white 1 side.

Sizes: 1/8” or 1/4” in 4’ x 8’ sheets

MDF
Our MDF (medium density fiberboard) is available in both standard density or ultralite.

Standard MDF: 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8” 3/4”, 1” in 49” x 97” sheets

Ultralite MDF: 1/2”(12mm), 5/8”(15mm) 3/4”(18mm), 1”(24mm) in 49” x 97” sheets
